Management

After i started to work for nearly 1 month..I found out that there is 2 kind of management in th same company. Just like my company...Even thought we are the same company but we are having different kind of management..The management of upstairs are more understanding than the down stairs department.....Why is this happened in JUNDA realty...May be becouse one of the thousand reason was because the upstairs managent use to get together in a room with the staff and therefore she is more understanding and considerate...The upstairs management use to buy thing and share and belanja the staff makan..Macam ni baru bagus ..Dan disegani staff nya.

I Need some helping hand

I wish i have a helping hand in Junda realty.Althought i'm in this company for less than a month but i'm very busy and stress out. People always says that new staffs always have the lease thing to do.But how come my situation was different. The management keep on pushing the staff to rush for this and that and if possible the management want the staff to settle a single thing in one day...As a top management i think they have to consider about the staff ability as well...To consider whether the new staff can handle the work load or not. Not just trow everything to the new staff to do it.

Samarindah 5A

Samaindah 5A will leave a great memory for me.....Because i have been doing the monthly progress report for abt 1 week but still unable to finish.....And finally i'm very happy because i have done with the monthly progress report..But it seems like end up i have to re do it again because of the stupid figure.....I got disappointed when they ask me to completed in whole afternoon......Luckily GOD is by my side and i was able to finish it within today....Thanks GOD for answering my prayer.......

How i wish i can shout out very loud now...................The management suppose to knew that i am having training for the whole morning and yet she is asking me to find the supporting document for so many project........I manage to find some supporting document for a particular project but not all the project and i thought i was the one that she meant so i confidently answer yes to her .Because i also knew that she did not expect me to find the supporting document for half and hour.Finding the supporting document need time......Please undertsnad it ok............I'm not the superwomen that you thought.I'm just a normal human being .....Is ok if you ask me to find the small project...Please don't expect me to find all the suppporting document for numerious project.....and futhermore it's almost time for me to went off for my training.........

Working Experience

Since the day i started to work untill today is already 1 weeks plus.The working experience of working for first few day was like warming up.This only happened first few days i started work. But not the weeks after first week of work. My job was overloaded and i wish someone could be my assistant. There was 2 florrs of office that use to call me up to do something. Which i think this was impposible ....How could be ONE pauline doing a double JOB ... Please Pauline ....Just a normal human being......I'm not a superwomen

Computer Entry

I went for interview as usual today.Today interview was not smooth as i expected. All of the management was not around.It disappointed me and i become very hot internally what more to say in a hot afternoon. Luckily i went for a successful interview in the afternoon.At lease it worth my effort. It was a post of Computer Entry with a realty company. I think it was quite successful.I have to think twice for this company,because the management told me that i must have the passion of working under pressure and the responsibility...The working hours and pay is OK i can accept it. But my work place is quite a far distance with my house. Will see how it goes. My interview is still coming my way..Pray that have more interview to come my way.

Sahara Dessert AND North Pole

I went for an interview for the post of administrative assistant yesterday at a computing company. Well suggest it's very common for a position of a administrative to wrote something during the interview for this position. So i don't have any problem for it.I'm lacking of confident that i was unable to be accept by this company.This due to the interviewer did not say much thing during the interview session with me. I was instruct to wrote a essay.The title was if i were given a choice a choice sahara dessert and north pole to live,where were you choose to live? Of course my answer was North Pole. Because in my point of view North pole is a very great place for the people like me that like to stay away from sunny skies,a place that is very historical for me as a christanity, a place that is full of excitement especially during winter season.
As for desser in my point of view,i will think that the dessert was a place full of sand and the whether was terrible hot...So whats the point of me as a malaysian to be live in the dessert.....Since that i even can't stand with the whether of Malaysia .I coun't imagine how am i going to live in the desssrt.
